The Onyx Parksville – Strata Exterior Painting

Home Pro Painting completed a full exterior repaint of The Onyx, a multi-unit strata community in Parksville, BC. The project involved detailed surface preparation, coordinated scheduling and phased execution to minimize disruption for residents throughout the painting process. As with all strata projects, communication, access coordination and long-term durability were key priorities. Premium exterior coatings were applied to provide a consistent finish and lasting protection against Vancouver Island’s coastal weather conditions.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Home Pro just finished painting the exterior of our house. They also painted the interior last year. We were very impressed with the quality of their work and their attention to detail. They wrapped and protected cabinets and flooring before painting, as well as a large bush in the back yard against the shed.

They walked us through the work at the end of each day, giving us the opportunity to ask any questions or to make any comments. The final walk through was thorough and the last couple of touch ups were completed a couple of days later.

The crew were very friendly and patient, and easy to work with. The house was spotless after the clean up at the end of both jobs. I would absolutely recommend the Home Pro crew; they exceeded our expectations.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Home Pro painted the exterior of our home this month. We found them to be highly professional and they did an excellent job. They did everything necessary for painting including washing and patching imperfections first. A crew of 5 finished in only 4 days. A five star job!
